4. Purpose for personal data processing

Data will be maintained and developed for Caligo Industria’s customer and marketing communications as well as for maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships.

Information about the registered person is collected from the registered persons themselves or through customer and stakeholder
contacts, for example by e-mail, telephone, appointments and other situations in which the registered person discloses their
information.

Caligo Industria Oy will not disclose information to third parties except if required by the Finnish authorities.

8. Regular disclosure of data

The registry is stored and maintained in a secure data system. Access to the register requires a username and password. The access is
granted to a register keeper’s staff whose job description is associated with the access.

9. Right of access and right of rectification

Everyone in the register has the right to check his/her data stored in the register and to demand that any incorrect information be
corrected or incomplete information supplemented. If a person wishes to check or request correction of his/her record, the request
should be sent in writing to the register keeper. The register keeper may, if necessary, request a proof of identity. The register keeper
responds to the data subject within the time limit set in the EU Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request the deletion of his/her personal data from the register (“the right to be forgotten”).
Also, registered persons have other rights under the EU’s general data protection regulation, such as restricting the processing of
personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent in writing to the register keeper. The register keeper may, if necessary,
request a proof of identity. The register keeper responds to the data subject within the time limit set in the EU Data Protection
Regulation (usually within one month).
