Commitment to quality and quality work is not only Caligo Industria’s customer promise, but also a way of thinking and acting that permeates the entire company’s operations. Our ISO 9001 quality system was originally certified in the 1990s among the first in the industry, and as a result of continuous quality work, we can now proudly present the Caligo certificate – our comprehensive quality promise to all our partners.
We do not understand quality as just the quality of the products we manufacture, but rather as a comprehensive, precise and systematic way of doing everything. The Caligo certificate is not a framed promise on the wall or a stamp on a quality document – it is a comprehensive guarantee of the quality of our operations and products.

Caligo Industria has a comprehensive, officially audited and certified ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 management system. This is to guarantee maximum quality throughout the process, from design and manufacturing to customer service and deliveries.
Quality policy
At Caligo Industria, quality means the way we run our operations, manufacture products and offer services, aiming to reach a highest possible customer satisfaction. This goal is attained by producing products that answer the specifications and demands of our clients, meet contracted delivery schedules, are trustworthy, safe, competitively priced, and ideally suited for their end use.
All our employees follow the company’s quality system guidelines and participates actively in system development. What is more, our products and operations are continually improved based on the customer feedback that we receive.

Once customers have worked with us, they want to keep Caligo Industria as their supplier indefinitely and recommend us as a supplier to other companies, as well.
Caligo Industria ITP
ITP is a quality plan to all deliveries, covering the whole manufacturing chain to ensure requirement fulfilment. Being the Caligo Industria standard ITP or project-wise modified one, it sets down the rules to meet the agreed high quality level.
Environmental Policy
In addition to our commitment to the continuous improvement of our operations, Caligo Industria has also pledged to use the products we deliver to promote the reduction of the environmental effects of our customer facilities and processes.
At Caligo Industria, environmental aspects are part of our everyday operations. Company management and our entire personnel have agreed to comply with the written principles of the operational guidelines in all of our projects. We take note of environmental legislation, regulations and requirements in every step of our production and delivery chain – from engineering to final delivery, end use and eventual product disposal.
By open communication, we aim to inform our company personnel and partners about Caligo Industria commitment to environmental protection and promote new cooperative efforts in this area, among all parties concerned.
We recognize environmental aspects associated with our business and have assigned targets for each area of concern. Inspection of our environmental policy and goal implementation takes place regularly, while our operational methods are continually enhanced as changes in products, operating environments and legislation require.
